WHAT ARE SWAMP STICKS™?
Swamp Sticks™ are slow-crafted beef snack sticks finished with Smoke & Cane’s signature balance of molasses sweetness, savory smoke, and measured heat.
WHAT DOES “SWICY” MEAN?
“Swicy” means sweet and spicy. Swamp Sticks™ combine rich molasses character with smoke, seasoning, and enough heat to keep things interesting.
WHEN WILL SWAMP STICKS™ BE AVAILABLE?
Our Founding Batch is coming soon. Join the Mercantile for early access, launch announcements, and behind-the-scenes updates from the smokehouse.
WHERE DO YOU SHIP?
Smoke & Cane currently ships to addresses within the United States only. We do not currently offer international shipping, local delivery, or in-store pickup.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days. Standard shipping generally takes another 3–5 business days after the order ships. Delivery estimates may vary during launches, holidays, severe weather, or carrier delays.
CAN I RETURN A FOOD PRODUCT?
Because our products include food and other consumable goods, we cannot accept returns or exchanges of food products—opened or unopened—after an order has shipped. Please review our Refund Policy for complete details.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF SOMETHING IS WRONG WITH MY ORDER?
Contact us within seven days of delivery at support@smokeandcane.com if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, defective, missing an item, or otherwise not as expected. Include your order number and clear photographs when applicable.

Ingredient and allergen information will be provided on the applicable product page and product packaging. Please review that information before ordering and contact us if you have additional questions.
